Effective November 30, 2023, Thames Valley Family Health Team (TVFHT) is no longer providing services to the patients of Whitehills Medical Clinic.
If you have received health care from a TVFHT professional such as a nurse practitioner, dietitian, pharmacist, social worker, occupational or respiratory therapist, please know that your family doctor has access to all test results (including those that are pending) and notes from those visits.
